The Dexam Ceramic Pie Weights are perfect for when it comes to blind baking. They are washable, hygienic and re-usable, perfect for years of cooking delicious treats. When cooking with pastry, by covering the bottom of the pastry with foil, place the weights evenly across the surface for a distributed and even cooking.
When removing from the oven, take care as the weights can get hot.
We recommend that you hand wash the weights before placing back into their case.
