Narrow Wooden Spatula. 27cm (10 1/2") long and 4.8cm (2") wide. Use it to lift and flip food during cooking, such as bacon, burgers, fillets and pancakes. This long, sturdy spatula is slightly thinner at the short edge, making it like a wedge so you can edge it under food easily. Being made of wood it can be used for draining off liquids like draining oil off bacon or water off a poached egg.
